To strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for an Informatiker Applikationsentwicklung 100%
You will be responsible for independently analysing and solving incoming customer requests.
We are looking for someone with experience with web technologies (JS/HTML) and a curiosity for discovering solutions to technical problems.
Experience in technical customer support is a great advantage. We encourage applicants of all genders and backgrounds to apply.

Your Tasks

  • You have a holistic understanding of our product and are able to recognise what the customer actually wants.
  • You are in contact with customers and respond to incoming support requests.
  • You help our customers to be able to use the application.
  • You solve incoming requests independently and communicate with the requesting customers.
  • You document your work in various tools: Case Management and knowledge database.
  • Our product, manuals and procedures will be improved based on your feedback and insights after solving a case.
  • Thanks to your efforts, customer queries can be resolved efficiently and sustainably.

Your Profile

  • You can analyse a problem and break it down into individual parts
  • You are flexible and solution-orientated – you stick with a problem until you have found a solution
  • You can work both in a team and independently
  • You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of English (at least B2/C1 – no certificate required)
  • You enjoy direct customer contact (either on the phone or in writing)
  • You understand the interrelationships between web technologies (HTTP/SSL/Web Services/Rest/DOM/HTML/etc.) and infrastructure (client/server/firewall/etc.)
  • Experience with Javascript/HTML/CSS/DOM manipulation
  • Experience with scripting/programming, experience with PowerShell or C# is an advantage
  • Experience with the Microsoft tech stack (Windows Client, Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, etc.)
  • Experience in customer support (working with case-based tools, regular contact with a large group of people, dealing with internal and external stakeholders)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies (SharePoint, SharePoint Online, ASPX, etc.) in an administrative role
