What is Grace AI?
Grace AI is the assistant inside the SwissGRC® Platform. You ask questions about your risks, controls, policies and incidents in plain language and get an answer that points back to the objects it used.
Where do the answers come from?
From the context handed to Grace at the moment you ask, meaning the objects in your tenant that you are permitted to see. The language model helps phrase and order the answer, it does not stand in for your records.
What happens when Grace does not know?
It says so. If a risk has no recorded measures, for example, Grace names the gap and suggests what usually belongs there instead of inventing an answer.
Does Grace answer in my team’s language?
Yes. Grace takes the question as it is asked and answers in the same language. For Arabic that includes the full right to left reading direction.
Does Grace replace the work of our risk owners?
No. Grace takes on the groundwork, the research and the drafting. Assessment, approval and accountability stay with the people who hold them today.
