Besfort Kuqi is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swiss GRC. For more than 10 years he has been working on the topics of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). His focus is on digitalization, integration and optimization of management and control systems in companies and organizations.
Specifically, Besfort Kuqi deals with issues related to risk management, internal control systems (ICS) and compliance & security management. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Besfort Kuqi supports national and international companies and organizations in the development, implementation and presentation of company-specific analyses and concepts for the solution of organizational and technical problems in GRC processes.
Besfort Kuqi has co-developed the Swiss GRC Toolbox, a software solution for the systematic mapping and administration of the many GRC disciplines, from the very beginning, and has successfully introduced it to many companies and organizations, thus contributing to greater efficiency, transparency and acceptance in the area of management and control systems.
As founder and owner of Swiss Infosec AG, Reto Zbinden has not only managed the company for 30 years, but is also active as consultant and trainer. In the areas of Integral Security, information security, data protection and IT security he is perceived to be an accomplished specialist and knowledgeable in the state of the art and the best practices. His specialist areas are security and organisation, certification in information security and the legal aspects of information security, amongst them archiving and data protection and contract law within IT and information security. His specialist knowledge about the latest national and international security and data protection development is esteemed also abroad. During his work, he puts an emphasis on praxis conformity and economy.
Reto Steinmann, Member of the Excecutive Board, is a graduate computer scientist (Informatiker HF) with a major in business IT. He deepened his know-how in the field of information security by successfully completing the MAS Information Security at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Through his various activities as a system engineer, network and security engineer, project manager and IT security officer, he has over 20 years of experience in the fields of information technology, information and IT security as well as valuable know-how in project management.
Reto Steinmann works for numerous customers in various industries. At Swiss Infosec AG, he works on mandates in the areas of risk management, information and IT security, development and operation of information security management systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and security audits. He also regularly takes on mandates as external security officer. His comprehensive expert know-how and his practice-oriented approach are highly valued by his clients, true to the principle Security must be realizable in practice and must be able to be lived!
Johannes Weiser has been working in IT for over 15 years. He specializes in the areas of collaboration, knowledge management, information architecture and user experience and focuses on the design and implementation of digital GRC processes.
The focus is on customer satisfaction during and after the introduction of our software solution. In addition, he supports the further development of our software solution and customer support.
Ilona Stadelmann completed a commercial apprenticeship and then gained several years of professional experience in the ICT environment at Swisscom, among others. She was involved into several projects for the introduction of new software solutions and was able to expand her expertise in this regard.
Since 2017, Ilona Stadelmann has been expanding her knowledge in the IT environment and gaining experience in the areas of IT support and system engineering. In 2021, she will complete her Federal Diploma in Business Information Technology.
As an Application Consultant, her focus is to support customers in the introduction of our software solution with her knowledge of the specialist area and IT and to develop solutions together.
Esther Bucher holds a university degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance and Banking. After her studies, she worked as a private client advisor for a major Swiss bank and then for several years as Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Officer in a financial services company.
With her experience Esther Bucher supports Swiss GRC AG as a Consultant Governance, Risk & Compliance and is responsible for customer projects as project manager. She puts the customer at the center of her work and is happy to advice customers professionally and technically on the digitalisation and optimisation of GRC processes.
Manuel Prieto obtained his apprenticeship as computer scientist EFZ Application Development in summer 2018. After his graduation, he went to England for a language stay and worked on his IELTS certificate. His professional focus is in the area of software development. Mr. Prieto is also currently attending the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts where he is studying computer science with a focus on software development. He supports the team in developing the software solution GRC Toolbox.
Fabio Brühlmann completed his apprenticeship as IT-Specialist with focus on application development in the summer of 2014. Immediately after his apprenticeship, he was able to gain his first experience in client engineering and then in web development.
Through various community service assignments in the social sector, Fabio Brühlmann also learned and improved important manners with customers and employees.
Since 2021, Fabio Brühlmann supports the Swiss GRC team as Application Consultant.
Adem Zenuni completed his apprenticeship as a computer scientist specializing in application development and was able to expand his expertise as a software and web engineer during and after his apprenticeship.
Currently, Adem Zenuni is attending the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts for a Bachelor’s degree in Information & Cyber Security with a major in Management.
As an application consultant, Adem is involved in consulting on the use of our software solution and deals in depth with the areas of governance, risk, compliance, security and internal control systems (ICS).
Gentian Ajeti has an education in information technology and a further education on the level of Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
After his further education, he was responsible for the management of several logistics centers at a large logistics service provider. Furthermore, he was able to gain experience in various business areas as an IT product manager in a company active in the real estate industry.
After finishing secondary school, Dreni Drenica started training as a computer scientist specializing in application development in August 2019. In addition to the vocational school, he is also completing the vocational baccalaureate. Dreni Drenica was already interested in computers as a small child. As his final thesis he could fulfill a dream and program his own game.
Vinojan Shandrabalan completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist EFZ system technology. After his apprenticeship, he worked in internal IT and in support and was, among other functions, application manager for SharePoint.
As Support & Infrastructure Manager, Vinojan Shandrabalan is he first point of contact for our customers and employees. Vinojan ensures the ongoing availability of our GRC solutions as well as the internal IT. He attaches great importance to the satisfaction of our customers.
Patrick Pizzato has been working in IT for over 20 years. As Support Manager at Swiss GRC AG, he is responsible for customer support as well as internal support.
In addition, Patrick Pizzato supports the Infrastructure Team. He holds a degree in business informatics from a university of applied sciences. He attaches great importance to the satisfaction of our customers.
Daniel Arnold holds an university degree in electrical engineering (B. Sc.). Since graduating, his professional focus has been on design, development and testing of software solutions in the Microsoft environment. For many years he has been intensively involved in the development and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint.
At Swiss GRC AG, Daniel acquired a broad knowledge in the areas of governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) in his role as consultant and solution engineer. He supports both the internal development of the Swiss GRC Toolbox and the introduction of the solutions in close cooperation with our customers.
Pascal Berger has over 20 years of experience in professional software development as well as in software architecture. He has been awarded by Microsoft as MVP in Developer Technologies. Through his activities, he has many years of experience in the implementation of complex business software projects and in the cloud environment.
As Head of Software Engineering, Pascal Berger leads the development of Swiss GRC AG since 2021 and is responsible for the technical implementation of the software solutions.
In addition to his work at Swiss GRC AG, Pascal Berger is active in the Open Source Community and as a maintainer of various projects.
Josef Würsch has been working as a software engineer for over 10 years. In his career to date, he has worked for Migros, Pilatus Flugzeugwerke and Sage Software, for example.
Due to his education as a certified technician in computer science he was able to implement and support web as well as desktop applications with different technologies in the frontend as well as in the backend. Thus, he collected experience in various areas of the industry and service sector and lets this experience flow into our product development.
Since 2020, he works in our team as a software engineer with focus on the implementation of the GRC Cloud solution.
Before joining Swiss GRC AG, Yannick Monney worked as a software engineer for Swiss Textiles, Noser Engineering and Migros, among others. With his experience in the digitization of applied systems during his studies, he supported companies in the conception and realization of block chain technologies in the area of distributed ledger and supply chain management for the textile industry.
Fabian Amhof finished his apprenticeship as application developer EFZ with focus on web development in summer 2018. After his apprenticeship he worked for two years in the IT security area as a web specialist. Through his activities he was able to build up a great deal of expertise, which he was already able to apply to the NATO Locked Shields exercise. Since October 2020 he supports our team in the development and maintenance of GRC solutions.
Mike Pullen is a young Fullstack Software Engineer who has a proven history with various technologies. In the summer of 2017, he had a successful apprenticeship graduation with honorable mention as a Computer Scientist EFZ Application Development. In 2019, he started his part-time studies to become a Computer Science Bachelor.
In his free time he likes to work on personal projects in the field of app development, game development and movies.
Since 2021 he is working in our team as Software Developer.
Natalie Fischer works as Office Manager and thus forms the interface between colleagues, managers and external parties such as customers, partners and suppliers. She has an overview of internal processes and takes care of organisational, personnel and financial issues, among others. She also actively supports the team in the implementation of customer projects. Through her experience in service companies, Natalie Fischer has been able to acquire the analytical and organizational skills she needs for her job as Office Manager. In summer 2017, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Banking.
In her function as Marketing Manager, Lara Fabbricatore plans various marketing activities and implements communication measures. Creativity and organizational skills are part of her daily routine. Main activities are the maintenance of the website, the planning and realization of events as well as the creation of various means of communication. Lara Fabbricatore is studying Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne. Through her ongoing studies, she can put the theoretical knowledge she has acquired directly into practice. During the last years she has worked in marketing and communication departments of various industries and thus acquired the knowledge to become a Marketing Manager.
