In its analysis of 19 November 2025, Wheelhouse Advisors does not interpret this as stagnation, but as a sign of a market that has entered an integration phase and has reached functional maturity and operational stability.<\/p>\n<p>According to Wheelhouse Advisors, this maturity forms the basis on which the next generation of integrated risk management and so-called &#8216;autonomous IRM&#8217; capabilities is being built.
