INSIDE THE PLATFORM

## Grace works where you already are

No second tool and no change of view. Grace opens next to the object you are working on and already knows its context.

HOW AN ANSWER FORMS

## What happens between question and answer

Grace invents nothing. It answers from the context it is handed at the moment you ask.

1. 01 ### Question You ask in your own words, in the context of the object you have open.
2. 02 ### Context Grace pulls in the related objects while respecting your roles and permissions.
3. 03 ### Reasoning The language model composes the answer from the context provided, not from assumptions.
4. 04 ### Evidence The answer names every object it used. Verifiable, quotable, traceable.

ACCOUNTABILITY

## AI you can stand behind

- ### Your permissions hold Grace sees only what the signed in person may see.
- ### No training on your content Content from your tenant does not train language models.
- ### People decide Grace proposes, the accountable people approve.
- ### Limits are stated Where the data carries no answer, Grace says so instead of guessing.

REMAINING QUESTIONS

## What customers ask first

What is Grace AI?

Grace AI is the assistant inside the SwissGRC® Platform. You ask questions about your risks, controls, policies and incidents in plain language and get an answer that points back to the objects it used.

Where do the answers come from?

From the context handed to Grace at the moment you ask, meaning the objects in your tenant that you are permitted to see. The language model helps phrase and order the answer, it does not stand in for your records.

What happens when Grace does not know?

It says so. If a risk has no recorded measures, for example, Grace names the gap and suggests what usually belongs there instead of inventing an answer.

Does Grace answer in my team’s language?

Yes. Grace takes the question as it is asked and answers in the same language. For Arabic that includes the full right to left reading direction.

Does Grace replace the work of our risk owners?

No. Grace takes on the groundwork, the research and the drafting. Assessment, approval and accountability stay with the people who hold them today.

## Frequently asked questions

### Was macht Grace AI, wenn keine Antwort vorliegt?
